I opened 2 chat discussions with the same support person this morning and each time they left me hanging waiting for a response and then they closed the chat. I need to resolve a Record of Employment error that I keep receiving and your online chat experts are of no assistance. Please provide me with an email so that this issue can be properly addressed. I have attached the chat convo I had today. You don’t need to uninstall QuickBooks before you start. Also, please be aware that the Live chat support at Simple Start, Essentials, Plus is available 24 hours GMT, from Monday to Friday. Probably US. Does that make a difference? Mind you, this is all for two measly $10 fees our company received for payments from our clients, that are incorrect and need to be removed.
