I guess the reviews here can’t get much worse for them, but my frustration led me to chime in. QB support is the worst in the industry. I have over the past two days been on the phone for 5 hours with reps that can’t understand English or do not understand the issue. They put you on hold for over 30 minutes, hang up on transfer of calls, and then say they will escalate the issue but send intuit.comsupport you to sales instead of technical. Just enter your name, email address and choose a password and you’re good to go – we don’t ask for your payment details for trial.Choose your right plan here. Hiding and won’t let the employees give you chain of command personnel. QuickBooks Online doesn’t have a direct connection to the barcode scanner and doesn’t have the option to add one to the products or invoices. At this time, you may want to consider using third-party applications that have this kind of functionality and can sync with QBO. You can go to theAppsmenu in the left pane and search for any barcode scanning apps. Thank you for reporting this in the community.

If they cannot get into the simulation, have them create a new account prior to starting the lesson plan. The 3 just means that you can simulate a small business environment which would allow up to 3 users to access the same data file, saved to the same location at the same time. After completing registration, you can access QuickBooks Online Accountant within 20 minutes.
